For general material grinding, grinding under normal temperature, normal pressure, and air environment is sufficient. However, some special materials have specific requirements for grinding conditions:
① Some materials will react with oxygen in the air during the grinding process. In this case, a vacuum jar should be used, vacuum pumped, and filled with inert protective gas.
② Some materials generate significant heat during grinding, and if they change properties at high temperatures, cooling treatment is needed when the grinding temperature becomes too high. Common cooling solutions include water cooling, air cooling, or liquid ammonia cooling.
③ Some materials need to be ground in a high-temperature environment, and heating can generally be achieved through water bath heating, oil bath heating, or direct electric heating.
